IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Secretary
responsible for the Interior by
section 14 of the Public Order
Decree, 1972 (NRCD 68) this
Instrument is made this 15th day
of March, 1982.
The curfew imposed by the Curfew
Instrument, 1982 (E.I. 3) shall,
with effect from the 21st day of
February, 1982, in respect of
Kumasi, be for the same hours as
for the rest of the country,
namely from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. and
the said Instrument shall have
effect accordingly.
