WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Interior the presence in Ghana
of C. W. HARBRECHT, an alien, is
not conducive to the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for Interior
by section 13 of the Aliens Act,
1963 (Act 160) this Order is made
this 30th day of November, 1982.
C. W. HARBRECHT is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on the 14th day of
July, 1982 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
