WHEREAS in the opinion of the PNDC
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of MR. SIEGFRIED
WILHELM PRANGENBERG, an alien, is
not conducive to the public good:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the PNDC
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
5th day of March, 1982.
MR. SIEGFRIED WILHELM PRANGENBERG
is hereby ordered to leave Ghana
on the 7th day of March, 1982 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
