WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Interior the presence in Ghana
of WALTER KUISL, an alien, is not
conducive to the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for Interior
by section 13 of the Aliens Act,
1963 (Act 160) this Order is made
this 12th day of August, 1982.
WALTER KUISL is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 12th day of
August, 1982 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
