WHEREAS in the opinion of the PNDC
Secretary responsible for the
Interior the presence in Ghana of
WILFRED HITZ, an alien, is not
conducive to the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for Interior
by section 13 of the Aliens Act,
1963 (Act 160) this Order is made
this 5th day of March, 1982.
WILFRED HITZ is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 14th day of
June, 1982 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
