IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Provisional
National Defence Council by
section 2 of the Preventive
Custody Law, 1982 (P.N.D.C. 4)
this Order is made this 4th day of
August, 1982.
Order 1—Schedule to P.N.D.C.L. 4
Amended.
The Schedule to the Preventive
Custody Law, 1982 (P.N.D.C.L. 4)
is hereby amended by the
additional of the following:—
Mr. Charles Boateng Sampong (alias
Yaw Charles), Miaso, Kwahu.
Order 2—Commencement.
This Instrument shall be deemed to
have come into force on the 4th
day of August, 1982.
