IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Secretary
responsible for Trade by section 1
of the Price Control Decree, 1974
(NRCD 305) and acting on the
advice of the Prices and Incomes
Board this Order is made this 1st
day of March, 1982.
1. The prices specified in the
Schedule to this Order shall be
the maximum prices at which goods
of the description specified in
relation thereto in the said
Schedule shall be sold throughout
Ghana.
2. The maximum prices specified in
the Schedule to this Order shall
apply pro rata to quantities of
the said goods specified in the
Schedule.
