WHEREAS Saturday the 6th day of
March, 1982 is a public holiday:
AND WHEREAS the Provisional
National Defence Council is
satisfied that it would not be
convenient for the said 6th day of
March, 1982 to be observed as a
public holiday:
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by section 3 of the Public
Holidays Decree, 1974 (NRCD 262)
this Instrument is made this 4th
day of March, 1982.
Monday the 8th day of March, 1982
is hereby declared a public
holiday instead of Saturday the
6th day of March, 1982.
