WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by sub-section (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is
made this 3rd day of December,
1982.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.
SCHEDULE
All that piece or parcel of land
containing an. approximate area of
44.45 acres situate at Anloga in
the Anlo-South District in the
Volta Region of the Republic of
Ghana lying to the South of and
adjoining the Southern edge of the
Motor Road from Wuti to Anloga
Town and enclosing Atsiehipe and
bounded on the North-west by the
said Motor Road measuring a total
distance of 2,420 feet more or
less on the North-east by an open
Space and measuring 845 feet more
or less on the South by an open
space and measuring a total
distance of 2,404 feet more or
less and on the South-west by an
open space and measuring a total
distance of 760 feet more or less
which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on the
Plan No. LD. 9066A/56152 attached
hereto and thereon shewn edged
pink.
