WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is
made this 7th day of September,
1982.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing
an area of 4.09 acres situate at
Kpetoe in the Ho District in the
Volta Region of the Republic of
Ghana lying to and adjoining the
Northern Boundary of the Main
Motor Road from Ho to Kpetoe and
is 723 feet West of Mile Post 16
and bounded on the North by open
space and measuring on that side
475 feet on the East by open space
and measuring on that side 375
feet on the South by the said
Motor Road from Ho to Kpetoe and
measuring on that side 475 feet
and on the West by open space and
measuring on that side 375 feet
which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on the
Plan No.LD.9441/62480 attached
hereto and thereon shewn edged
pink.
