WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land specified in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125), this Instrument is
made this 7th day of September,
1982.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT piece of land containing
an approximate area of 12.74 acres
situate at Kpetoe in the Ho
District in the Volta Region of
the Republic of Ghana lying to the
South-east of the Border Guard
Depot and to the South of and
adjoining the Southern edge of the
motor road from Ho to Denu and
bounded on the North by the said
motor road front Ho to Denu and
measuring on that side 598 feet
more or less on the East by an
open space and measuring on that
side 936 feet more or less on the
South by an open space and
measuring on that side 593 feet
more or less and on the West by an
open space and measuring on that
side 936 feet more or less which
niece of land is more particularly
delineated on the Plan No. LD.
9490/55894 attached hereto and
thereon shewn edged pink.
