WHEREAS AMADU FULANI, an alien,
was convicted on 26th April, 1982
at City Court, Accra of an offence
punishable by imprisonment without
the option of a fine.
AND WHEREAS the District
Magistrate of the said Court has
recommended that the said AMADU
FULANI be deported and the
recommendation has been concurred
in by the Chief Justice.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for Internal
Affairs by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160), the
Order is made this 22nd day of
March, 1983.
AMADU FULANI is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 22nd day of
March, 1983 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
