WHEREAS EZI JONES, an alien, was
convicted on 27th May, 1983 at
District Court Grade I, James
Town, Accra of an offence
punishable by imprisonment without
the option of a fine.
AND WHEREAS the District
Magistrate of the said Court has
recommended that the said EZI
JONES be deported and the
recommendation has been concurred
in by the Chief Justice.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for Internal
Affairs by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160), the
Order is made this 28th day of
May, 1983.
EZI JONES is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 28th day of
May, 1983 and thereafter to remain
out of Ghana.
