WHEREAS HENRY BAYON, an alien, was
convicted on 30th August 1982 at
District Court Grade I, Agona
Swedru of an offence punishable by
imprisonment without the option of
a fine;
AND WHEREAS the District
Magistrate of the said Court has
recommended that the said HENRY
BAYON be deported and the
recommendation has been concurred
in by the Chief Justice.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) the
Order is this 30th day of June,
1983.
HENRY BAYON is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 30th day of
June, 1983 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
