WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of MOHAMMED
OUSTAPHA NDIAYE, an alien, is not
conducive to the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
4th day of November, 1983.
MOHAMMED OUSTAPHA NDIAYE is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 4th
day of November, 1983 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
