WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of Alpheus
Lenwood Bailey, an alien, is not
conducive to the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this order is made this
29th day of June, 1983.
ALPHEUS LENWOOD BAILEY is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 29th
day of June, 1983 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
