WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is
made this 18th day of August,
1983.
The Land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing
an approximate area of 3.996 acres
situate at Aburi in the Akwapim
District in the Eastern Region of
the Republic of Ghana lying to the
North-west of the motor road from
Accra to Aburi and to the
South-west of and adjoining the
South-western boundary of the
existing Aburi Girls' Secondary
School Site and bounded on the
North-west by open space and
measuring on that side a total
distance of 536.7 feet more or
less on the North-east by the said
existing Aburi Girls' Secondary
School Site and measuring on that
side a total distance of 375.2
feet more or less on the
South-east by the said motor road
from Accra to Aburi and measuring
on that side 450 feet more or less
and on the South-west by open
space and measuring on that side a
total distance of 347.1 feet more
or less which piece of land is
more particularly delineated on
Plan No. Z.4177 and thereon shewn
edged pink.
