WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is
made this 15th day of July, 1983.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing
an approximate area of 2.10 acres
situate at Labadi in the City of
Accra in the Greater Accra Region
of the Republic of Ghana lying to
the North of the Labadi by-pass
and bounded on the North by an
Unnamed Road and measuring on that
side a total distance of 190 feet
more or less on the cast by a Road
and measuring on that side a total
distance of 315 feet more or less
on the South-east by private
property and measuring on that
side 200 feet more or less and on
the West by private properties and
measuring on that side 410 feet
more or less which piece of land
is more particularly delineated on
Plan No. LD.9624/72632 and thereon
shewn edged pink.
