WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is
made this 28th day of November,
1983.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing
an approximate area of 0.76 acre
situate at Ada-Foah in the Ada
District in the Greater Accra
Region of the Republic of Ghana
lying to the North of the Texaco
Filling Station and to the South
of the Volta River and bounded on
the North-east by an unnamed road
and measuring on that side a total
distance of 240 feet more or less
on the South-east by an open space
and measuring on that side 200
feet more or less on the
South-west partly by an unnamed
road and partly by an open space
and measuring on that side 110
feet and 100 feet respectively
more or less and on the North-west
partly by an open space and partly
by an unnamed road and measuring
on that side 100 feet and 80 feet
respectively more or less which
piece of land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No.
LD.9514/65789 and thereon shewn
edged pink.
