WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is
made this 28th day of November,
1983.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
All that square piece of land
containing an approximate area of
0.06 acre situate at Ada-Foah in
the Ada District in the Greater
Accra Region of the Republic of
Ghana lying to the North-east of
motor road from Accra to Ada-Foah
and bounded on all sides by open
spaces and measuring 50.0 feet by
50.0 feet more or less which
square piece of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan
No. LD.9757/73466 and thereon
shewn edged pink.
