WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the Land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125), this Instrument is
made this 2nd day of March, 1983.
The land specified in the Schedule
hereto is hereby declared to be
land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
All that rectangular piece of land
containing an approximate area of
50.00 acres situate at
Atua-Odumase-Krobo in the Manya
Krobo District in the Eastern
Region of the Republic of Ghana
lying to the South-east of the
Atua-Odumase-Krobo Township and
bounded on the North-west by an
open space and measuring on that
side 1,800 feet more or less on
the North-east by an open space
measuring on that side 1,215 feet
more or less on the South-east by
an open space and measuring on
that side 1,800 feet more or less
and on the South-west by an open
space and measuring on that side
1,215 feet more or less which
piece of land is more particularly
delineated on Plan No.
LD.9465/69030 attached hereto and
thereon shewn edged pink.
