STATE LANDS (DODOWA—SITE FOR CASHEW PLANTATION) INSTRUMENT, 1983 (EI 15).

 

WHEREAS it appears to the Provisional National Defence Council that the land described in the Schedule to this Instrument is land required in the public interest:

NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Provisional National Defence Council by subsection (1) of section 1 of the State Lands Act, 1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is made this 15th day of July, 1983.

The land specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be land required in the public interest.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land containing an approximate area of 188.83 acres situate at Dodowa in the Ga-Adamgbe District in the Eastern Region of the Republic of Ghana lying to the East and adjoining the Eastern edge of the motor road from Accra to Dodowa and is about 763 feet from Mile Post 22 and bounded on the North-east by open space measuring on that side a total distance of 3,494.5 feet more or less on the South-east by open space measuring on that side a total distance of 2,610.0 feet on the South-west by open space measuring on that side a total distance of 3,029.9 feet and on the North-west by the said motor road from Accra to Dodowa and measuring on that side 2,433.7 feet more or less which piece of land is more particularly delineated on Plan No. LD.9520/60661 and thereon shewn edged pink.
