WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is
made this 28th day of November,
1983.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing
an approximate area of 0.52 acre
situate at Osino in the Akim
Abuakwa District in the Eastern
Region of the Republic of Ghana
lying to the West of Ghana
Government Railway Line from
Anyinam to Bososu and to the East
of and adjoining the Eastern edge
of the motor road from Kumasi to
Bunso and bounded on the North by
an open space and measuring on
that side 150 feet more or less on
the East by an open space and
measuring on that side 150 feet
more or less on the South by an
open space and measuring on that
side 150 feet more or less and on
the West by the said motor road
from Kumasi to Bunso and measuring
on that side 150 feet more or less
which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan
No. LD.9478/68979 and thereon
shewn edged pink.
