WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of
JAMNO POKARDA VASNANI
(b) LACHMAN VISHINDAS VASNANI
is not conductive to the public
good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
14th day December, 1984.
JAMNO POKARDAS VASNANI, LACHMAN
VISHINDAS VASNANI are hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 21st
day of December, 1984 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
