IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Secretary for
Health by subsection (4) of
section 9 of the Pharmacy and
Drugs Act, 1961 (Act 64) this
Instrument is made this 8th day of
February, 1984.
Section 1—Approved Membership Fee
for Pharmaceutical Society of
Ghana.
The approved membership fees to be
charged by the Pharmaceutical
Society of Ghana shall be as
follows:
(a) in respect of a new member of
the Society, the fee shall be
three hundred cedis;
(b) in respect of retention of
membership for each year for every
member of the Society the fee
shall be five hundred cedis.
Section 2—Revocation.
The Pharmacy and Drugs (Membership
Fees of Pharmaceutical Society)
Instrument, 1980 (E.I. 44) is
hereby revoked.
Section 3—Commencement.
This Instrument shall be deemed to
have come into fore on the 1st day
of January, 1984.
