IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Provisional
National Defence Council by
section 2 of the Preventive
Custody Law, 1982 (P.N.D.C. L. 4)
this Order is made this 15th day
of June, 1984.
The Provisional National Defence
Council hereby authorises the
arrest and detention with effect
from the 1st day of March, 1982 of
the persons whose names are
specified in the Schedule to this
Order being persons in respect of
whom the Council is satisfied that
it is in the interest of national
security so to do.
