WHEREAS Sunday the 1st day of
July, 1984 is a public holiday;
AND WHEREAS the Provisional
National Defence Council is
satisfied that it would not be
convenient for the said 1st day of
July, 1984 to be observed as a
public holiday;
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by section 3 of the Public
Holidays Decree, 1974 (N.R.C.D
262) this Instrument is made this
29th day of June, 1984.
Monday the 2nd day of July, 1984
is hereby declared to be a public
holiday instead of Sunday 1st day
of July, 1984.
