WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest:
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) this Instrument is
made this 13th day, of November,
1984.
The land specified in- the
Schedule hereto is hereby declared
to be land required in the public
interest.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing
an approximate area of 13.20 acres
situate at Okrakwadwo in the
Yilo-Krobo-Osudoku District in the
Eastern Region of the Republic of
Ghana lying to the East of the
motor road from Amanfro to Adukrom
and bounded, on the North by open
space measuring on that side
1,030.0 feet on the East by open
space and measuring 660.0 feet on
the South by an access road aid
measuring on that side l,040 feet
and on the West by open space and
measuring on that side 530.0 feet

particularly delineated on Plan
No. LD. 9412/68597 and thereon
shewn edged pink.
