Proclamation (Supplementary and
Consequential Provisions) Law,
1982 (PNDCL 42) this Instrument is
made this 22nd day of February,
1985.
The Committee of Inquiry into
Operations of the Tema Development
Corporation Instrument, 1984 (EI
3) is hereby amended by the
substitution for the schedule
thereof of the following new
schedule—
