WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of PETER OLE
NIELSEN is not conducive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160), this
Order is made this 10th day of
April, 1985.
PETER OLE NIELSEN is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 13th
April, 1985 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
