IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Provisional
National Defence Council by
section 2 of the Preventive
Custody Law, 1982 (P.N.D.C.L 4)
this Order is made this 11th day
of September, 1985.
The Provisional National Defence
Council hereby authorises the
arrest and detention of the
persons whose names are specified
in the Schedule to this Order with
effect from the dates specified
respectively in relation to each
of them being persons in respect
of whom the Council is satisfied
that it is in the interest of
national security so to do.

WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary responsible for
Interior the presence in Ghana of
BEAUJEAN PETER CHRISTOFFEL
THEODURUS, an alien, is not
conducive to the public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for Interior
by section 13 of the Aliens Act,
1963 (Act 160) this order is made
this 13th day of September, 1985.
BEAUJEAN PETER CHRISTOFFEL
THEODURUS is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 13th day of
September, 1985 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
