the Preventive Custody Law, 1982 (P.N.D.C.L.
4) this Order is made this 17th
day of July, 1985.
The Provisional National Defence
Council hereby authorises the
arrest and detention with effect
from the date specified in
relation to each of the persons
whose names are specified in the
Schedule to this Order, being
persons in respect of whom the
Council is satisfied that it is in
the interest of national security
so to do.
