WHEREAS Friday, the 27th day of
December, 1985 is not a Statutory
Public Holiday.
AND WHEREAS the P.N.D.C. has
declared the said date a holiday
in honour of the farmers of this
country.
NOW THEREFORE, in pursuance of the
said P.N.D.C. declaration AND IN
EXERCISE of the powers conferred
on the Provisional National
Defence Council by section 2 of
the Public Holidays Decree, 1974 (N.R.C.D.
262) this instrument is made this
20th day of December, 1985.
Friday the 27th day of December,
1985 is hereby declared a Public
Holiday.
