PUBLIC HOLIDAYS INSTRUMENT, 1985 (EI 5).

WHEREAS Wednesday, the 1st day of May, 1985 is not a public holiday.

IN exercise of the powers conferred on the Provisional National Defence Council by section 2 of the Public Holidays Decree, 1974 (N.R.C.D. 262) this Instrument is made this 29th day of April, 1985.

Wednesday, the 1st day of May (MAY DAY) 1985 is hereby declared a Public Holiday.
