WHEREAS it appears to the
Provisional National Defence
Council that the land described in
the Schedule to this Instrument is
land required in the public
interest.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the
Provisional National Defence
Council by subsection (1) of
section 1 of the State Lands Act,
1962 (Act 125) the Instrument is
made this 4th day of December,
1985.
The land specified in the Schedule
to this Instrument is hereby
declared to be land required in
the public interest.
SCHEDULE
All that piece of land containing
an area of 0.44 acre situate at
Korle Gonno Garland Avenue in the
City of Accra in the Greater Accra
Region of the Republic of Ghana
lying to the North-west on the old
Winneba Road and to the North-East
of the Garland Avenue and bounded
on the North-west by a developed
plot and measuring on that side
200 foot a little more or less on
the North-east by a developed plot
and measuring on that side 95 feet
a little more or less on the
South-west by a strip of land
separating it from an unnamed road
and measuring on that side 200
feet a little more or less and on
the South-west by a strip of land
separating it from the
North-eastern edge or the said
Garland Avenue and measuring on
that side 95 feet a little more or
less which piece of land is more
particularly delineated on Plan
No. LD.9929/74798 and thereon
shewn edged pink.
