IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Provisional
National Defence Council by
subsection (1) of section 3 of the
State Lands Act, 1962 (Act 125)
and in consultation with the Chief
Justice, this Instrument is made
this 1st day of October, 1985.
Section 1—Establishment of State
Lands Tribunal.
There is hereby established a
State Lands Tribunal comprising—

The State Lands Tribunal
Instrument, 1979 (E.I. 57) is
hereby revoked.
