IN exercise of the powers
conferred on the Provisional
National Defence Council by
subsection (1) of section 6 of the
Provisional National Defence
Council (Establishment)
Proclamation (Supplementary and
Consequential Provisions) Law,
1982 (P.N.D.C.L. 42 ), this
Instrument is made this 22nd day
of February, 1985.
The West African Examinations
Council Committee of Enquiry
Instrument, 1984 (E.I. 8) is
hereby amended by the substitution
for paragraph 4 thereof of the
following new paragraph—
“secretary 4. (1) Mr. L. Adama.
Clocuh, Assistant Director, Ghana
Education Service, shall act as
Secretary to the Committee.
(2) The Provisional National
Defence Council may provide to the
Committee the services of such
officers as the Committee may
require for the discharge of its
functions."
