IN exercise of the powers conferred upon the Chief Justice by Regulation 56(1) of the Judicial Service Regulations, 1963 (LI 319), this Instrument is made this 20th day of May, 1986.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS INSTRUMENT (NO. 2), 1986 (EI 7).

WHEREAS Wednesday, the 4th day of June, 1986 is not a statutory public holiday,

AND WHEREAS the PNDC has declared the said date a holiday in commemoration of the 7th Anniversary of the June 4 Uprising,

NOW THEREFORE in pursuance of the said PNDC Declaration and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Provisional National Defence Council by section 2 of the Public Holidays Decree, 1974 (NRCD 262) this Instrument is made this 30th day of May, 1986.

Wednesday, the 4th day of June, 1986 is hereby declared a public holiday.
