WHEREAS BABA TUNDE HARRIS, an
alien, was convicted on 19th
February, 1986 at the National
Public Tribunal, Accra of an
offence punishable by imprisonment
without the option of a fine.
AND WHEREAS the President of the
said Court has recommended that
the said BABA TUNDE HARRIS be
deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the PNDC
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by section 13 of the
Aliens Act , 1963 (Act 160), the
Order is made this 30th day of
June, 1986.
MR. BABA TUNDE HARRIS is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 30th
day of June, 1986 and thereafter
to remain out of Ghana.
