ABDEL el-NASSER ARNAUT
WHEREAS in the opinion of the PNDC
Member responsible for Interior
the presence in Ghana of MR. ABDEL
el-NASSER ARNAUT, being an alien,
is not conducive to the public
good;
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the PNDC
Member responsible for Interior by
section 12(1)(e) and (f) and
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160), this Order is made this
18th day of September, 1986.
MR. ABDEL el-NASSER ARNAUT is
hereby ordered to leave Ghana on
the 20th day of September, 1986
and thereafter to remain out of
Ghana.
