WHEREAS JACK LIVER an alien was
convicted on 15th July, 1986 at
District Court, Tema of an offence
of failing to appear before the
Immigration Officer under Section
2 of the Aliens Act, 1963 (Act
160).
AND WHEREAS the Magistrate of the
said District Court has
recommended that the said JACK
LIVER be deported and to stay
outside Ghana permanently.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the PNDC
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by Section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 3rd day of
October, 1986.
JACK LIVER is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 10th day of
October, 1986 and thereafter to
remain out of Ghana.
