YAKUBU ISSAKA
WHEREAS in the opinion of the PNDC
Member responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of YAKUBU ISSAKA
is not conducive to the public
good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Member responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
Section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this order is made this
23rd day of December, 1986.
YAKUBU ISSAKA, is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 31st December,
1986 and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
