WHEREAS PETER RIGO MISCHA DISCHAK,
an alien, was convicted on 26th
June, 1986 at Circuit Court, Accra
of an offence of overstaying in
Ghana without authority.
AND WHEREAS the Judge of the said
Circuit Court has recommended that
the said PETER RIGO MISCHA DISCHAK
be deported and to stay outside
Ghana permanently.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the PNDC
Secretary responsible for Internal
Affairs by section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160), this
Order is made this 21st day of
July, 1986.
PETER RIGO MISCHA DISCHAK is
hereby ordered to leave Ghana on
the 22nd day of July, 1986 and
thereafter to remain out of Ghana.
