WHEREAS the Provisional National
Defence Council has decided that
House No. 22, 2nd Circular Road,
Accra which was formerly the
residence of the late Dr. E. W.
Dubois should be proclaimed a
national monument:
NOW THEREFORE, in the exercise of
the powers conferred on the
Secretary for Culture and Tourism
by sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph
11 of the National Museum Decree
1969 (NLCD 387) this Instrument is
made this 10th day of January,
1986.
House No. 22, 2nd Circular Road,
Accra is hereby proclaimed to be a
national monument.
