HIRO MOHANDAS MOTWANI
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Member responsible for
the Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of HIRO MOHANDAS
MOTWANI is not conducive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Member responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
Section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
17th day of June, 1987.
HIRO MOHANDAS MOTWANI is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on 20th day
of June, 1987 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
