NATHALIE BALZAC
WHEREAS in the opinion of the
P.N.D.C. Secretary for the
Ministry of the Interior the
presence in Ghana of NATHALIE
BALZAC is not conducive to the
public good.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the Acting
P.N.D.C. Secretary for the
Ministry of the Interior by
section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
24th day of July, 1987.
NATHALIE BALZAC is hereby ordered
to leave Ghana on 24th day of
July, 1987 and thereafter remain
out of Ghana.
