MOHAMADU KAFUM and KWABENA NYANDE
(Togolese Nationals)
WHEREAS MOHAMADU KAFUM and KWABENA
NYANDE, aliens were convicted on
14th October, 1986 by the District
Magistrate Court Grade I, Yendi of
an offence punishable by
imprisonment.
AND WHEREAS the Magistrate in
passing sentence recommended that
the said MOHAMADU KAFUM and
KWABENA NYANDE be deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary for the Interior by
Section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
14th day of September, 1987.
MOHAMADU KAFUM and KWABENA NYANDE
are hereby ordered to leave Ghana
in October, 1987 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
