GERHARD GUTTENKUNST
WHEREAS GERHARD GUTTENKUNST alias
JERRY JESUS, an alien (German
national) was convicted on 19th
May, 1987 by a Circuit Court in
Accra of an offence punishable by
imprisonment.
AND WHEREAS the Circuit Court
Judge in passing sentence
recommended that the said GERHARD
GUTTENKUNST alias JERRY JESUS be
deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by Section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 1st day of
October, 1987.
GERHARD GUTTENKUNST alias JERRY
JESUS is hereby ordered to leave
Ghana on 1st October, 1987 and
thereafter remain out of Ghana.
