JOHN ABIYE
WHEREAS JOHN ABIYE, an alien was
convicted on 26th January, 1987 by
the District Magistrate Court
Grade, I, Korle Gonno of an
offence punishable by
imprisonment.
AND WHEREAS the District
Magistrate Court in passing the
sentence recommended that the said
JOHN ABIYE be deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C.
Secretary responsible for the
Interior by Section 13 of the
Aliens Act, 1963 (Act 160) this
Order is made this 1st day of
October, 1987.
JOHN ABIYE is hereby ordered to
leave Ghana on the 1st October,
1987 and thereafter remain out of
Ghana.
