TREVOR WILLIAMSON
WHEREAS TREVOR WILLIAMSON,
(Jamaican) an alien was convicted
on 18th September, 1987, by the
Accra Regional Tribunal, of an
offence punishment by
imprisonment.
AND WHEREAS the President of the
Tribunal in passing the sentence
recommended that the said TREVOR
WILLIAMSON be deported.
NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the
powers conferred on the P.N.D.C
Secretary responsible for the
Ministry of the Interior by
Section 13 of the Aliens Act, 1963
(Act 160) this Order is made this
9th day of October, 1987.
TREVOR WILLIAMSON is hereby
ordered to leave Ghana on the 9th
October, 1987 and thereafter
remain out of Ghana.
